Q4 2026 Objectives & Key Results

v7 · 16 September 2026 · Quarter: 1 October – 31 December 2026
How to read this page. Each objective has a few key results (KRs). Every KR has a target for a full score (1.0) and, where it is a stretch, a level that counts as a good result (0.7). Committed means we expect 1.0. Aspirational means 0.7 is a good result. Moonshot means we pursue it because it matters, not because it is likely. Owners score their own KRs every Friday. "Who to ask" is the first person or agent to go to when you are stuck on that KR.

Objective 3 — Bring Leon Home

Owner: Nicholas
Leon safety rules — apply to every KR that touches the story (3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 6.6, 6.7, 6.8).

  • Say nothing in public about the Guardianship Authority or the Russian courts that could be used against Nicholas when he enters Russia. Tell what happened; do not judge the institutions.
  • Counsel reviews the campaign for safety before the first appearance and before any escalation (KR 3.5). Any contact attempt with Leon passes the two-week safety review first (KR 3.3).
  • Nicholas approves every piece and every pitch before it goes out. He personally edits every outreach email (KR 6.8).

Objective 6 — The audience machine: four audiences, three engines each

Owner: Adhis from her start; Nicholas until then. Nicholas approves every piece before it is published (24-hour turnaround, KR 5.5b). Targets are scaled down in proportion if she starts after 29 Sep. Adhis directs the agents (Chris Nolan, Ulysses, Fred); she does not produce by hand.
Q4 in one line: 28 podcast appearances · 34 pieces of content · 150,000 verified reach · 10 inbound enquiries → 3 meetings for Nicholas.
Reach is three separate counters: 100,000 from Leon appearances (6.6) + 25,000 investor content views (6.3) + 25,000 serial views (6.7). Pieces = 12 investor pieces (6.1) + 12 coffee pieces (6.11) + 10 serial episodes (6.7). Appearances = 15 Leon + 4 family office + 4 crypto + 5 coffee (6.6).

What "the audience machine" means. For each of four audiences we run three engines: research (find out what they want), content (publish things they find useful), and the podcast ladder (get Nicholas, or Gabriella for coffee, onto shows they listen to). The point is not follower counts. The point is that the right people find us useful enough to book a meeting, order coffee, or open a door for Leon.

The podcast ladder — one method for every list

Start on small shows. Use the numbers from each appearance to get onto the next, bigger show. The tiers:

TierShow's audience per episodeHow you get on
5under 2,000Cold pitch with the story
42,000 – 10,000Pitch with 2–3 clips and the Tier 5 numbers
310,000 – 50,000Pitch with the showreel (5+ clips) and proof that our episodes beat the host's average
250,000 – 250,000Warm introduction from a Tier 3 host, plus the showreel
1250,000+They find us. Not pitched. Moonshot.

"Beat the host average" means our episode got more views or downloads than that show's usual episode, and the host confirmed the number in writing. That is the proof that moves us up a tier. So after every appearance: promote it at least 3 times; within 5 working days make 2 clips, a quote card and a guest page, and thank the host with the numbers; then pitch the next tier up, citing the tier below.

Glossary

TermMeaning
OKRObjectives and Key Results (John Doerr, Measure What Matters). An objective says what we want. Its key results say how we will know we got there. Owners score each KR from 0 to 1.0 every Friday.
Committed / Aspirational / MoonshotCommitted: we expect the full 1.0. Aspirational: a stretch; 0.7 is a good result. Moonshot: pursued because it matters, not because it is likely.
TripwireA date check written into a KR. If the check fails on that date, the plan changes automatically as written. No meeting needed.
CMFDH ICrypto Money Fund Dollar Hedge I, the first fund, which ran from 2019 to 2022.
CMFDH IIThe second fund, running from 2023 to the present, with more room to take market (beta) risk. This is the fund we are raising for.
Shadow EdgeOur second product. It has to pass the acceptance tests (KR 4.2) before money raised into it counts toward the capital target.
Family officeThe private investment staff of a wealthy family. They have more freedom than institutional investors (pension funds, endowments) and can invest in crypto. They are the largest group of crypto hedge-fund investors and the group we have not yet reached.
Institutional investorA pension fund, endowment or similar. Their rules often stop them investing where a single ticket would be more than about 10% of a fund, so a small fund is out of reach for them. This does not apply to family offices.
Crypto millionaireSomeone who made their money in bitcoin and values a steady income on it. Juju is the model.
Indy IndojackOur coffee customer, from Sabina's research (11 Jun 2026): 25–39, urban professional, household income $75K+, Northeast or West Coast metro, already owns a Nespresso machine, has tried a specialty coffee subscription, wants an authentic origin story and a "small luxury". Secondary customer Irene: 35–44, professional mother, buys gifts, cares about clean labels. Q4 gifting is the biggest buying moment.
Ronnie RoasterA larger Indonesian roaster that wants to sell into the US. We want supplier credit (for example 90-day payment terms) or a joint venture. Space Roastery is the first target.
3PLThird-party logistics: the warehouse and shipping partner in the US. For now handled at small volume in Los Angeles.
Ladder / tierThe podcast method: start on small shows (Tier 5) and use each appearance's numbers to get onto the next tier up. See the table in Objective 6.
Beat the host averageOur episode did better than the show's usual episode, and the host confirmed the number in writing.
HarvestWhat we do within 5 working days of an appearance: 2 clips, a quote card, a guest page, and a thank-you to the host with the numbers.
Showreel / one-sheetThe showreel is a 5+ clip highlight video. The one-sheet is the one-page media kit a host reads before saying yes.
The hundred doorsKR 6.8: 100 named people who could carry the Leon case toward the First Lady.
CFRConversations, Feedback, Recognition: Nicholas's logged weekly one-to-one with each owner (KR 5.5).
Weekly statusThe short report every agent and owner files each week (KR 5.4). Three lines: what moved this week; what is at risk; what we need from Nicholas. Owners add their Friday score for each KR. Oskar keeps the record and provides the template.
Agent / laneAn AI agent with its own folder and job: Chris Nolan (video), Moneypenny (secretary and travel), Ulysses (the Leon case), Fred (fundraising pipeline), Oskar (OKRs and scoring), Charlie and Kate (trading), Sabina (Indo Jack site and research), Arni (accounts and audit).
ZohoOur CRM. Meetings, enquiries, pitches and requests to Nicholas all live there. Requests to Nicholas are booked for tomorrow or later unless it is an emergency.

  • This page changes only: by a tripwire (25 Sep machine, 26 Sep Yablokova, 30 Sep programmer, 31 Oct meetings); at the 3 Nov mid-quarter check-in; or when an owner rewrites their own KRs within two weeks of starting. Numbers never go down. Gabriella signs (KR 5.2, 18 Sep); Adhis accepts Objective 6 whole on day one.
  • v7 (16 Sep) — plain-English rewrite after the 16 Sep review with Gabriella. No number changed. Corrections: CMFDH I (2019–2022) and II (2023–present) defined correctly; the "10% of the fund" rule removed from family offices (it applies to institutions); Indy Indojack now matches Sabina's customer research of 11 Jun 2026. 6.10 and 6.11 rewritten as plain instructions. "Weekly status" defined in the glossary and referenced from 5.4. Social replies gathered into one spreadsheet added to 6.4. "Qualified subscriber" defined in 6.3.
  • v6 (16 Sep) — restatement of v5 after the Adhis onboarding conversation. 6.9 and the appearances in 6.11 folded into 6.6; 6.5 split a/b; headline line for Objective 6; Leon safety rules in one box; "Who to ask" column; glossary; 24-hour approval turnaround in 5.5b.
  • v5 (16 Sep) — frozen.
